Associate Director, Technical Project Management
You Will:
Organize the development work queue, schedule releases and manage risks associated with projects
Responsible for project scope and goals involving all relevant team members and ensuring technical feasibility for technology rollout and integrations projects.
Establish processes to ensure compliance with internal standards, tracking mechanisms, vendor service level agreements, including maintaining all technical and contractual documentation.
Manage the project delivery within timelines, scope and budget.
Ensure all product activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements and AstraZeneca's internal policies.
Create detailed project or business plans to ensure clarity of deliverables and timing including identifying drivers for each action item.
Promote a culture of collaboration, cooperation, cross-functional inclusion, execution excellence to become a high-performing team.
Lead change management efforts to improve adoption of new products and technology solutions, providing training, support, and communication partners at all levels.
You Have:
Eight (8) years with BS/BA, or six (6) years with MS/MA, in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Five (5) years of technical project management experience.
Experience with all phases of project management, with expertise across a variety of technology project areas in supply chain, manufacturing, quality operations, and clinical systems.
Experience managing healthcare-related projects and patient-centric programs within pharma, biotech or cell therapy is required.
Prior experience with any of the following applications: Cell orchestration, ERP, MES, LIMS and Labeling
Project management certification (PMO) is desired.
Communicate and build relationships with a broad spectrum of audiences at all organizational levels
Experience working with teams and managing complex programs in a regulated and enterprise level.
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $114,525 to $171,787. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles).
